HMCA Presents to the Shepherdstown Rotary Club

HMCA President Phil Braxton and Vice President Cameron Colwell spoke to members of the Shepherdstown Rotary Club on September 9th about the Association’s efforts to restore and preserve the Halltown Memorial Chapel and the Halltown African-American Free School. The presentation was well received, and this was a great opportunity to spread the word in the community about the good things happening at the Chapel and the Free School.
